Thank you for visiting and shopping at Factory Direct Nutrition. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
While we strive for same day shipping Australia-wide for all orders placed before 2pm, all orders placed through Factory Direct Nutrition are processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If in the very rare occurrence that there will be a delay further than 2 business days in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping for all orders valued over $100 AUD is free of charge. All orders under $100 incur a flat rate fee of $7.95. Factory Direct Nutrition are partnered with both Australia Post and Aramax. We choose which courier we will use depending on the size of your order and your location. Orders to Western Australia, Northern Territory, and remote locations are often shipped via express post to avoid the usual delays to these areas. This upgrade to express post is free of charge, and our decision to choose the free upgrade to express postage in these circumstances is within our discretion.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Click and Collect locations
Factory Direct Nutrition ships to addresses within the Australian States and Territories, and P.O Boxes and Click and Collect locations.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
International shipping can be arranged to most countries across the globe except for the Russian Federation. Please contact us to arrange a quote for shipping to your location. Factory Direct Nutrition reserve the right to deny international shipment at our discretion.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Factory Direct Nutrition is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In the rare circumstance that your items are damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in returning the damaged goods and organising a refund/return. Damages occurred to any products ordered after the packaged is opened, or while opening is not the responsibility of Factory Direct Nutrition
