Sweet Sweat® Workout Enhancer is a topical gel activated by your elevated heart rate to increase sweat, warm up muscles faster, and make workouts feel better. Can be used during cardio, weight lifting, circuit training, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, spin, and dry or infrared saunas. Suggested use
Before exercising or using a sauna, apply a thin layer of Sweet Sweat® gel on your skin, without rubbing it in, covering all target areas. Exercise as usual, then wipe off with a towel before showering.
Pro Tips: Apply Sweet Sweat® gel on clean skin, free of creams, lotions, or other topical products as these substances will hinder the gel's effectiveness. Wear loose-fitting clothing over the gel to minimise friction and enhance breathability. For best results, use with Sweet Sweat® Waist, Arm and Thigh Trimmers.
