Directions For Use:
Half Serving (15g Protein): Add 1 level scoop of powder (20g) to 125ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.
Full Serving (30g Protein) : Add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice.
